These terms govern your use of Romance Guides (the “site”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What the site is
Section titled “What the site is”Romance Guides publishes walkthroughs, tips, and reference material for romance games and visual novels. Content is for informational and entertainment use while you play.
Not affiliated
Section titled “Not affiliated”Unless we clearly say otherwise, Romance Guides is an independent fan/guide resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the game publishers or developers whose titles we cover. Game names, characters, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Accuracy
Section titled “Accuracy”We aim to keep guides accurate, but games update often. Choices, costs, outcomes, and requirements can change. Use guides at your own risk. We are not responsible for in-game losses (currency, progress, endings) that result from following a guide.
Acceptable use
Section titled “Acceptable use”You agree not to:
- Misuse the site (for example, attempting to disrupt service or scrape in a way that harms the site).
- Use content from the site to impersonate the official game publishers.
- Republish substantial guide text as your own without permission.
You may link to our pages and quote short excerpts with credit and a link back.
Third-party links
Section titled “Third-party links”The site may link to App Store, Google Play, or other external sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.
Advertising
Section titled “Advertising”The site may display advertising. Ad behaviour and any related data practices are described in the Privacy policy and Cookie policy.
Intellectual property
Section titled “Intellectual property”Site design, original text we write, and our own graphics belong to Romance Guides or its licensors. In-game assets shown for identification (such as covers or icons) remain the property of their owners and are used for reference.
Disclaimer
Section titled “Disclaimer”The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.
Limitation of liability
Section titled “Limitation of liability”To the fullest extent allowed by law, Romance Guides and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any guide.
Changes
Section titled “Changes”We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we revise them.
